Doug Isenberg (above), the founder and publisher of GigaLaw.com, has been called “an international authority on Internet law” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. He practices law at The GigaLaw Firm; serves as a domain name panelist for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Czech Arbitration Court (CAC); has taught computer law as an adjunct professor; and writes and speaks frequently about Internet legal issues, especially domain name disputes.
