Web Founder Wants Greater Access to User Data

Doug Isenberg (above), the founder and publisher of GigaLaw.com, has been called “an international authority on Internet law” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. He practices law at The GigaLaw Firm; serves as a domain name panelist for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the National Arbitration Forum (NAF), the Czech Arbitration Court (CAC), and the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC).
